For many women physicians, their early career often coincides with key life events in their 30s and 40s and often reduce their clinical time to part time or leave the medical profession all together. In this episode, we hear experiences from Dr. Magali Fassioto and Dr. Shikha Jain on this topic and their views on career transition.
